About this Course:
SOS 101 is designed to provide an introduction to SOS Children’s Villages Illinois, including the organization’s international and local history, core programs, locations, service population, key staff at each site/program, high priority outcomes, and quality improvement practices.

· Recall the history of SOS Children’s Villages, both internationally and in Illinois;
· Describe the core of SOS Children’s Villages Illinois, including programs and sites;
· Discuss key performance outcomes; and
· Demonstrate an understanding of the agency’s performance & quality improvement process.
